Midale Central School is a progressive K – 12 school and provides an abundance of benefits not just for the school but also for the community. In the summer of 2003, the school underwent extensive renovations to the existing school, including 10 classrooms, 4 seminar rooms, library, office, staff room, gymnasium, Science lab, Computer labs and a Home Economics room. MCS is a technically advanced school. We have 2 computer labs and smart boards in classrooms which are incorporated into classroom instruction.
Midale Central School has been operating on the four day school week. This structure has benefited and allowed students to receive 100% instruction time allocated throughout the school year. We, as a small school, provide a safer place for students, a more positive challenging environment, higher achievement, fewer discipline problems and a much greater feeling of satisfaction for families, students, and teachers. We, as teachers, work hard every day within the building to educate our students to strive for excellence. MCS provides a large variety of classes for the students to choose from and an abundance of extra-curricular activities. The overall environment and outreach makes a statement that learning is valued and rewarded.
