Heritage Fair at Assiniboia Park Elementary
The Assiniboia Park Elementary will host its annual Heritage Fair on Thursday, February 16th as they celebrate all things Canadian, through various activities and exhibits. The event, which begins at 9:30am will see Grade 4,5 and 6 students showcasing Heritage Fair projects to a panel of selected judges and then to fellow students in the afternoon. Parents will also be in attendance to share in the great work being displayed by their children. The purpose of the Fair is to showcase the Canadian culture and celebrate the Canadian heritage.
Midale Central School
On March 15th, the Midale Central School will host the 21st Annual South East Regional Fair, an event which allows students to showcase their Science skills by developing and completing a project of their choice. The Fair is open to all students in the three school divisions in the southeast corner of Saskatchewan, including Estevan and Weyburn. More to come!
